Kyle Dahlmann is an expert real estate advisor and Associate Broker with Bellator Real Estate’s Mobile office. Kyle is known for his strong work ethic, marketing insight, and a service-first mindset. Kyle brings a deep understanding of complex transactions and a commitment to helping clients navigate their real estate journeys with confidence and clarity. Kyle also holds the SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designation.
Kyle was originally licensed at the age of 19 and returned to the industry full-time in 2018 after gaining 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry, where he worked as a server, trainer, bartender, and part-time manager. His background in hospitality sharpened his communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments—all of which he now applies to every client interaction.
Over the years, Kyle has worn many hats in the real estate world, including licensed administrator, team agent, transaction coordinator, and independent agent. His experience behind the scenes and on the front lines gives him a unique perspective on every step of the buying and selling process. A three-time graduate of the BOLD training program, Kyle is dedicated to personal and professional growth and was honored in 2019 as “Mr. Keller Williams” for his leadership and team spirit.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of South Alabama and has completed both pre- and post-license education, as well as broker coursework, through the Academy of Real Estate.
